Hi my name is Karla and I live in Wyoming, Michigan. I am a mother of two teenagers, was a single mom for 9 years, and then married my Dear Husband Owen for what will be 5 years in April 2007. We are all computer lovers, in fact, we have 5 of them in our living room.

I discovered this amazing world of the Internet back in June of 1998 and by September of 1998 I had a 40+ page website put together. I just love to create and I taught myself both website and graphic design. Well in 2004 I discovered digital scrapbooking and I was even more excited then what I was when discovering the Internet. I never did the paper scrapbooking because I don't like the idea of dealing with all the paper supplies so when I saw digital scrapbooking I was totally geeked. I played around for another few years,but didn't have a computer that could handle the graphics until August of 2006, so I am a very new designer.

I am absolutely delighted to be an exclusive designer at Digitals and to be creating kits that will help you to capture and create a lifesong of memories. My Name is Angel Zimmer. I’m a creative manic who craves multiple outlets for this energy. I started scrapping, oh 9 years ago when I had my twins. I was immediately consumed by scrapping. It allowed me to be creative and constructive while I documented my family’s special memories. I became a CM consultant and loved to help others get started with their own albums. Since then I’ve had a lot of drama in my life; divorce, new jobs, new homes, new husband and new family. My DH, Steve and I have 6 children – 3 girls and 3 boys; ages 15, 13, 10, 9, 9, &8. Just call me Carol Brady. I’m still waiting for my Alice, though!

A couple years ago I mentioned to my husband that I was in a creative lull and I didn’t know how to overcome it. Well, I guess he knows me better than I know myself. He surprised me with a HP Photosmart printer and paintshop pro. I soon became obsessed with scrapping all over again. There has been no turning back. Our large family gives me unlimited photographic and scrapping opportunities.

When I’m not sitting at my computer, I’m a pediatric emergency room nurse. My husband and I compete in triathlons and bicycling events. This helps me vent the everyday stresses and stay in shape. I also like to knit, quilt, cook, and teach religion classes at our church.
